Creative
Development Solutions (CDS) is a partnership of design professionals offering
Landscape Architectural / Land Planning, Community and Resort Design Services
for both private and public sector clients. Our combined experiences range
from small scale residential, to City Planning, to large scale resort communities.
The broad spectrum of our work has given us the opportunity to exercise our
creative and intellectual skills on many premier projects in the region.
We believe creative development solutions that promote environmental integrity
are the foundation of our work. We are planners who use our unique knowledge
of land and development, along with our passion for excellence to create
environments that define success. CDS is based in Hendersonville, North Carolina. We have completed projects throughout the Southeastern United State - in North Carolina (including projects located in the Western North Carolina cities and towns of Asheville, Burnsville and Mars Hill), Tennessee, West Virginia, South Carolina and Arkansas. Our expertise ranges from community and resort design to planning and design of parks and greenspaces. We have created land plans and designs for commercial properties, private residential estates, farms and equestrian properties. We are also esperienced with designing for community entrances and streetscapes. CDS effectively creates extraordinary spaces in extraordinary places through ecologically responsible, innovative and creative solutions that are buildable, sustainable and marketable.
